I'M BACK AT IT AFTER A LONG BREAK "MY YOGA LIFESTYLE"
Hi guys, I am so happy to be back after 6 months break, I wanted to quit but no I didn't. I want to share more and interact more with my readers on my yoga life style, it took me awhile because i took a break working on my school project and other things, I must say that this last 6 months was very burdensome, depressing. I did the best I could to get myself together. Although I didn't kip my yoga classes that much because I really need to get relax and focus.The first yoga poses that I am sharing with you guys is Hip-Opening yoga poses, I am on a journey of opening my hips, To soften and lose my tight hips, for my hips flexibility and stability. This poses improve lower back pain, posture and prevent body damage that can occur from injuries later in future. For many of us our hips seems to be the tightest area in our body, Hip opening helps in stretching and banishing tightness and stiffness on our hips…
