BREATH RETENTION

Skull Shining Breath I get relaxed by doing the pose before doing another pose: By inhaling   (Antara) , and exhaling (Bahya) this could last long depending on how long you want, Basically, I  do spend 10 to 15 seconds on this.  Most of my friends, colleague in school have asked me about "What motivate me into yoga" Firstly I love yoga and have alway been interested in it. I do read about it but back then still do not have much understanding about yoga. What really makes me get into it, is that after moving to  Northen  Cyprus for my degrees I suffer from severe anxiety and  I   was introduced  to join a yoga session at  Arshiya  Yoga life center Every day, every hour spent doing yoga has alway been splendid and amazing.   I will be sharing the major causes of my anxiety in my next post and how to get rid of anxiety with yoga techniques.
